We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator (m/f) to work in our Rijeka office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with office activities and Personnel Officers operations to secure fluent processes
  • Create, update, and maintain personnel records in various software’s and other records/data
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) when necessary
  • Support department managers, staff,
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, very good English knowledge
  • Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field is an advantage
